4. Orders & Payment We accept all major payment methods available through Shopify including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Subscriptions We offer subscription plans through Loop Subscriptions. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at help@meltzstrips.com. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

6. Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled within 1–5 business days and shipped via USPS or FedEx. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Opened or used products are non-refundable for hygiene reasons
  • We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase
  • Damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced free of charge
