14-Day Easy Returns

Can I cancel my order? You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been sent to fulfillment. Once an order enters the fulfillment process, it is automatically prepared and scheduled for shipping. At that point, cancellation may no longer be possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at help@meltzstrips.com and we'll do our best to stop the order before fulfillment begins and issue a full refund. While we always try to help, we can't guarantee cancellations once fulfillment has started.

My order didn't arrive, arrived damaged, or I received the wrong item While rare, mistakes can occasionally happen during fulfillment or shipping. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at help@meltzstrips.com. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible. As part of our guarantee:

  • Damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced free of charge
  • Express replacements may be arranged when necessary
  • Photos of the issue help us speed things up

If you received the wrong item and prefer a refund instead of a replacement, that's absolutely fine.

Undelivered orders due to customer error If an order is returned or not delivered due to multiple failed delivery attempts or customer-related issues — including but not limited to an incomplete or incorrect address, or failure to collect a parcel — the customer will be responsible for all outbound shipping costs.

Changed your mind? If you've changed your mind, you may return your unopened item within 14 days of receiving your order for free. Eligibility requirements:

  • Item must be unopened and unused
  • Item must be in its original condition and packaging

For your protection, we recommend returning items using a tracked or recorded delivery service.

Please note:

  • Opened or partially used products are non-refundable for hygiene reasons
  • Purchases made using gift card credit will be refunded as store credit
  • Subscription orders follow the same policy — cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged
